Novalvero Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders start processing the following Monday.

Delivery Timelines
USPS First Class Shipping typically takes 3–8 business days, including 2–6 transit days after processing. DHL Express Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, including 2–5 transit days after processing. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only; specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
USPS First Class Shipping costs $6.99 for orders under $99 and is free for orders $99 and above. DHL Express Shipping costs $19.99 for orders under $199 and is free for orders $199 and above.

Important Shipping Policies
Address changes cannot be accommodated once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package anytime through our online customer service portal with live updates. Novalvero currently ships only within the contiguous United States to maintain high service standards.

Delivery Guarantee
If your order takes more than 10 business days to process without prior notification, we will either issue an immediate full refund or upgrade your shipping and provide a $5 coupon for your next purchase.

For any shipping inquiries or concerns, please contact our support team at +1 (510) 590-4212. If processing exceeds 10 business days, you can choose between reshipment or a $5 coupon. For undelivered packages after 60 calendar days, you will receive a full refund plus reshipment or a $5 coupon.

Lost Package Policy
While Novalvero carefully coordinates with shipping partners, we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost in transit. If a package is lost, contact customer service with your order number. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Tax Information
All applicable sales taxes are included in your order total at no additional cost. Customers are responsible for any customs import duties on goods.

Delivery Information Requirements
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. Incorrect or missing information may cause delays, as we may need to contact you for corrections. Customs clearance may also cause delays if additional documents or time are required. Orders may be delivered by your local post office or courier. If you are not home during delivery, a notice card may be left to advise how and where to collect your package. If the address provided is incomplete, the package may be returned to Novalvero.
