Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:
The item must be in good condition, free from damage such as dents, leaks, or broken parts.
Complete packaging must be included, such as the original box and all components.
Items must be in new condition, with no water stains, scratches, or signs of use.
Items must be dry and free of water residue or mold.

Order Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes of purchase. Please contact us immediately at support@novalvero.com. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Damaged or Defective Items
